We are a group of bilingual and trilingual professionals in various areas of communication and the arts who have come together with a common vision: to create a fun and positive educational experience in the form of a YouTube Kids Show. Our aim is not only to entertain the audience with music, stories, and fun but also to offer solid content filled with morals and values as they learn languages.
Our team works diligently to bring the very best final product to the screen and is based in different parts of the world, from the US to Chile, Brazil, Spain, etc.
About the Founder
Playbug was created by Lua de Morais, mother of Lian & Sharon, who not only wanted to teach her own children a second and third language from an early age, but who also thought about children in different parts of the world who lack the love, care & opportunities that she & her children had because of social realities.
She wanted to somehow bring them hope, a chance of better education & a cultural experience while using music, imagination, & the performing arts.
Today Lua, Sharon & Lian, together as a family have given life to Playbug with the intention to bring a warm smile to your homes and help you remember how wonderful it is to be a child; and most importantly, be surrounded by love!
Sharon (age 23) is Playbug’s Music Producer and voiceover actress, and Lian (age 21) gives life to “Leo” & other characters also as a voice over actor.
